At PlanBee, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy for all unworn apparel with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are intact to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
